1. About SpainDesk

SpainDesk is an advisory and consultation service operated under the LexDixit umbrella. We provide information, guidance and advisory consultations to foreigners navigating Spanish tax, migration and business matters.

Important: SpainDesk is a consultation and advisory service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. For formal legal representation, company formation filings, or complex litigation, we refer clients directly to LexDixit.

2. Scope of Services

SpainDesk provides:

  • Advisory consultations on Spanish tax obligations for residents and non-residents
  • Guidance on migration pathways, visa options, and residency permits
  • Information on Spanish business structures (autónomo, S.L., etc.)
  • International tax planning information (double taxation treaties, etc.)
  • General guidance on real estate investment in Spain
  • Referrals to LexDixit for services requiring formal legal representation

3. Nature of Advisory Information

All information and guidance provided by SpainDesk is for advisory and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional regulated advice within the meaning of Spanish law.

By engaging SpainDesk's services you acknowledge that:

  • Consultation information is general in nature and based on the information you provide
  • Spanish laws and regulations change frequently — information provided reflects conditions at the time of consultation
  • You should not rely solely on our consultation for decisions with significant legal, financial or immigration consequences
  • SpainDesk is not liable for outcomes resulting from decisions made based on our advisory information
  • Complex matters requiring formal legal action should be referred to LexDixit or another qualified Spanish law firm

4. Consultations

  • Consultations are conducted in English, Spanish, Ukrainian, and other languages as available
  • All consultation content is confidential and covered by professional discretion
  • Session notes and summaries may be shared with LexDixit specialists when a referral is requested
  • Consultations are conducted online (video call) or in-person at our Madrid office

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for consultations is communicated directly during the inquiry process. Prices are not published on the website. Payment terms are agreed prior to each consultation.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation will be rescheduled without charge. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee as communicated at booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics and structure — is the property of SpainDesk / LexDixit. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpainDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to: loss of income, missed tax deadlines, immigration application outcomes, or business registration outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
